December 15th 2019 dawned blue and cold, with a fresh coating of snow over the Tahoe Basin. Forecasts had called for 6”, and luckily they were wrong - in our favor, to the tune of 16” of light coldsmoke. I tagged along with a few friends on a ski tour up Tahoe’s West Shore and brought my Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K along and managed to capture a few shots.
